Thank you for supporting handmade and small-batch products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Due to the increasing use of generative AI to fabricate or alter damage photos for fraudulent claims, refunds cannot be issued until the physical item has been returned to us and is in our possession. Delivery confirmation or photographs alone are not sufficient. All damage claims must be verified in person before a refund or replacement is approved.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the return shipping process. For valuable items, shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom & One-of-a-Kind Artwork

All custom painted artwork and one-of-a-kind hand-painted items are final sale.

These pieces are original, hand-crafted artist renderings created by a real human artist. Due to the nature of traditional artwork, variations in brushwork, color, and artistic interpretation are inherent to the process. Hand-painted artwork may not be a 100% exact photographic likeness, and such differences do not constitute defects.

Clothing Policy

Our clothing items are bespoke and often made to order. Because of this, returns and exchanges on clothing are not permitted.

We provide measurements and size charts whenever possible so customers can make an informed purchase. Please review these carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Custom artwork
  2. One-of-a-kind hand-painted pieces
  3. Made-to-order clothing and apparel
  4. Items purchased during live shows or in-person events
  5. Items returned due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Final Sale

Most sales are final. Returns or refunds are only considered in the case of verified damage as outlined above.
